职位描述及要求



Scope:
1.Strengthen and drive engineering management in Beijing plant, lead and reinforce engineering team by hand-on training;
2.Lead as an technical expert in all process, test, SMT and maintenance engineering resources in operations with developing of new production process an equipment renovation;
3.Coordinate and set up with internal procedure on New Product Introduction (NPI) and program involvement to assure a very high degree of process discipline in Engineering, and from other supporting groups;
4.Industrial engineering in manufacturing process and control, manufacturing technology, process and system analysis to improve product and manufacturing process;
5.Supervision of annual budgetary CAPEX spending, negotiating with equipment vendors from technical point of view;
6.Equipment management and maintenance, keep 100% smooth running with minimum energy consumption.
Education:
1.University degree in electrical or electronics engineering, MBA preferred;
2.Proficient with spoken and written English for daily working communication;
3.Familiar with computer software, esp. engineering usage: AutoCAD/UG/CATIA, PROTEL etc.
Experience:
1.8 years experience with large multinational company of scale manufacturing;
2.Sound expertise with PCB assembly process (Surface Mounting Technology) with grasping of all details of aspects: manufacturing process, equipment and tooling etc;
3.Excellent communication skill with teamwork and leadership spirit;
4.Outstanding resolution and approach of problem solving and change management;
5.Knowledge of quality system TL16949 compliance for customer audit;
6.Preference with experience on industries of automotive electrical or electronics, familiar with APQP process.
