REPORT TO: Operations Manager Fundamental Purpose 基本描述 Ensure the quality system running under the direction of FS Quality Policy, Company mission and visions. Facilitate 3C and ISO9001 and MA Certification process to achieve continuous improvement. Guarantee the production quality to meet customer’s requirements; 确保质量体系按照SFS的质量方针、公司的使命和远景的方向运行；促进和确保公司的3C认证、ISO认证、煤矿安全认证顺利进行；确保产品质量满足客户要求； Main Responsibilities主要职责 1 Assist Operations Manager to develop, maintain and implement Quality Management System. 协助运作经理建立、维护和实施质量管理体系。 2 Be responsible for 3C / ISO9001/MA certification project and maintain a good relationship with certification bodies. 负责3C认证、ISO9001认证、煤安认证项目，并与审核机构维持良好的关系。 3 Be responsible for the organization of internal audits. Ensure all findings be corrected and prevented before the approved deadline. 负责组织内部审核。确保所有的审核发现在批准的时限前得以纠正和预防。 4 Work together with production supervisor to track/ analyze Company quality KPI tendency and offer expertise for improvement. 与生产主管一起跟踪/分析公司的KPI趋势，并提供专业的改进建议。 5 Be responsible for defect tends track and analysis. Organize investigation team for major non-conformance and customer complaint shooting. 负责缺陷趋势的跟踪和分析。组织调查小组对不符合及客户投诉的解决。 6 Remain required quality records as conforming evidence 保存必需的质量记录，作为符合的证据 7 Perform other duties, assignments, and special projects that may be required from time to time. 完成其他随时可能需要的职责、被分配的任务和特殊项目。 Qualifications 任职资格 1. Bachelor Degree in engineering or mechanical or electric area,Somebody with excellent experience, senior college diploma is acceptable; 本科以上学历，工程机械或电气行业,条件优秀的，大专学历也可； 2. Minimum of 3 years experience in Quality Assurance field ; 至少3年的质量保证经验； 3. Strong trouble-shooting ability in process, strong communication skills; 较强的问题解决能力，较强的沟通能力； 4．Good experience in mechanical area, be familiar with machining, mechanical assy, etc; 良好的机械行业经验，熟悉机加工，机械组装等工艺； 5．6. Be familiar with ISO9001, or TS16949 methodology；MA experience is preferred; 熟悉ISO9001,或TS16949管理方法; 有煤安认证经验和3C认证经验者优先； 6. Be familiar with SPC, FEMA, MSA, 6 Sigma experience is preferred; 熟悉SPC、FEMA、MSA, 有6 Sigma经验优先。 7. Good command of English in reading, writing, listening and speaking 良好的中英文书写与表达能力 8.
