职位描叙：

Job objective主要职责

1.Implementation and maintenance of SEGX integrated business management system执行和维护SEGX 企业管理体系。

Duties and responsibilities具体工作描述（任务和责任）

?SEGX Business Management System (BMS) creation and implementation according to SE policies and principles and international management systems standard requirements:根据SE政策法规和国际管理系统标准建立和执行SEGX 企业管理体系：

oISO9001 Quality Management Systems ISO9001质量管理体系

oISO14001 Environmental Management Systems ISO14001环境管理体系

oOHSAS18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems OHSAS18001职业健康安全管理体系

?Maintenance of SEGX integrated management system including BMS document management system (IMS 维护SEGX综合管理体系包括企业管理体系文件管理体系（IMS维护）

?Support other departments in preparation of internal procedures， instructions and their improvement支持其它部门关于内部程序，作业说明书的制定和其它修订

?Prepare and propose working plans， targets related to BMS and follow them 根据整合管理制定计划目标并跟进落实

?Organize and participate in external and internal audits according above mentioned standards 组织并参与上述提及的标准的内外部稽核。

?Determine corrective and preventive actions of nonconformities进行纠正及预防事宜

?Implementation and follow-up of corrective actions 执行并跟进纠正措施

?Organize and coordinate internal BMS documentation system建立并整理内部BMS系统文件

?Support other SEGX departments in implementation process支持其它SEGX部门执行事宜

?BMS training for SEGX employees对SEGX员工进行企业管理体系培训

?Organize annual management system review组织年度管理系统评估

Relationships工作关系

?Directly report to Sustainability Manager直接向可持续发展经理汇报

?Cooperation/work closely with all other departments and regions与所有其它部门，片区合作。

Qualifications任职资格

Education学历

?University degree (preferable in management or forestry)本科学历以上（林业或管理类尤佳）

Working experience工作经验

?Experience in management systems implementation according to ISO9001， ISO14001 or OHSAS18001 standards ISO9001，ISO14001或OHSAS18001管理体系执行经验

?Experience in forestry – preferable 有林业相关经验优先

Others (language， other professional qualification requested) 其他要求（语言：语种/程度，专业的技能要求）

?Quality Management System Manager qualification certificate – advantage质量体系管理证书优先

?Good communication， computer and negotiation skills良好的沟通能力，电脑技能，谈判技巧。

?Project management skills 计划管理能力

?Team work团队合作

?Good English speaking and writing良好的英语书写能力
